Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. In general: Account data (name, email) is retained for the duration of Your account plus 2 years after closure; Payment and billing records are retained for 7 years to comply with tax and accounting obligations; Usage data and analytics are retained for up to 24 months; Support communications are retained for 3 years. We may retain certain data longer where required by law or to resolve disputes.

The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of Our Service, or We are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

AI Processing and Your Data

StudiGEMS uses artificial intelligence and machine learning features to provide study assistance, generate summaries, create flashcards, and other educational tools.

Use of Your Content for AI Training: We do not use Your User Content to train or fine-tune any AI models.

AI-generated outputs are provided for informational and educational purposes only. We do not warrant their accuracy. You are responsible for verifying AI Output before relying on it.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
